Accommodation Assignment

STEP 1 - Go to Pax Management - Assign the Passenger to the booking

STEP 2 - Click on ACCOMMODATION ASSIGN

STEP 3 - Assign / Allocate rooms to each accommodation of the booking

• Based on the room allocation requirements, reservations will assign the number of units for each bed type. The system calculates the number of assigned and unassigned passengers. Reservations ensure that the number of assigned passengers matches the booking.

*** Each hotel may require a different number of rooms. If that's the case, reservations will allocate the appropriate number of rooms for each accommodation.

STEP 4 - Assign the passengers to the ALLOCATED ROOMS

• Hover or click on Pax Assigned (4/4)  to review and edit

• Review Room Assignments:

  • The table provides a clear overview of each room and the assigned passengers.

  • Check that each room meets the required allocation based on the booking.

• Edit Passenger Assignments:

  • Adjust the number of passengers assigned to each room by updating the relevant fields.

  • Ensure that room allocations align with passenger preferences and the booking requirements.

• Save Changes:

  • Once satisfied with the adjustments, Close to apply the changes.

  • The system will automatically recalculate the "PAX ASSIGNED" and "PAX UNASSIGNED" counts.

STEP 5 - Apply the Room Allocation of One Accommodation to All Others

If the reservation needs to apply the room allocation from one hotel to others, click the "Apply to Other Hotels" button. A pop-up displaying the list of hotels will appear.

• Select Accommodations: Choose the accommodations where the room allocation should be applied.

• Click Submit: Confirm your selection by clicking "Submit" to assign the allocation.

STEP 6 - Click SUBMIT TO ASSIGN
