Description: This feature streamlines the process of adding relevant information to any activity within the Day program. Both reservation / tour consultants, as well as operators, can contribute details like flights, vehicles, guides, and restaurants. This information is then automatically incorporated into exportable guides and operational reports

STEP 1 - Click on "Service Details Icon"

Select the icon "Service Detail" in

Booking Detail in Operation module

STEP 2 - Select "Lead Service"

Lead Service

Designate a 'Lead Service' to mark the main activity among the Options of the day. Tour Consultant and Operator can manage the main Lead Service to fill the information of activity.

** In the Day Program, where cost information is aggregated from various options, designate a 'Lead Service' to mark the primary activity. Both Tour Consultants and Operators can manage this Lead Service, allowing them to input relevant activity details. This clarification helps ensure that exported operational data accurately reflects the main activity and its associated costs.

STEP 3 - Fill information

Fill information

Please fill in all relevant activity details, including flights, vehicles, meals, guides, train information, and any other pertinent details.

NOTE:

When a guide was assigned either through Multi-Assign or Single Assign operations, their information was also displayed within the Lead Service. This information should include details such as the driver's name, restaurant reservations, flight arrangements, and other relevant particulars.
